Food at Furillen

Our restaurant is run by Chef Luqaz Ottosson and his team.


We serve a fixed 5-course menu that focuses on what we forage from the wild here on Furillen, alongside our favourite producers from Gotland. The menu is dynamic and constantly changes based on what the seasons have to offer. The food is prepared in our outdoor kitchen, with the wood-fired oven as the main star.

Alongside our menu, we offer carefully selected beverages, whether you choose our suggested pairings or prefer to browse our wine list. We also have a strong passion for non-alcoholic options, which we create ourselves, putting a great deal of thought and time into them.​​​
